Shoaib Khan is a founding partner of Mishpat Legal Consultants and an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India. His practice covers civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, in which he appears as arguing counsel.
He is Legal Counsel to the Delhi Waqf Board, Government of NCT of Delhi. Matters in which he has appeared have been reported in Supreme Court Cases (SCC) and the Delhi Law Times (DLT).
He has taught as an Adjunct Professor at the Hamdard Institute of Legal Studies and Research, Jamia Hamdard, has judged moot court competitions, and has spoken as a chair and panellist on legal issues.
